General 

Belgravia Apparel gift cards ("Gift Cards") are issued by Belgravia Sports Apparel Pty Ltd and are redeemable exclusively on the Belgravia Apparel New Zealand website: www.belgraviaapparelshop.co.nz. 

Gift Cards are delivered electronically by email and contain a unique code that can be redeemed during checkout. 

Validity & Expiry 

Gift Cards sold on or after 16 March 2026 are valid for at least three (3) years from the date of sale, unless an exception under New Zealand law applies. The expiry date, expiry month and year, validity period, or a statement that there is no expiry date will be displayed prominently on the Gift Card as required by law. 

No activation, processing, account keeping or balance enquiry fees apply. 

The expiry date or expiry period will be displayed on the Gift Card or in the accompanying email. 

Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will no longer be available for use, except where applicable law requires otherwise. 

Redemption 

Gift Cards may be used for full or partial payment of eligible purchases made through www.belgraviaapparelshop.co.nz. 

If the value of a purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method. 

If the full balance is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance may be used for future eligible purchases until the Gift Card expires. 

Multiple Gift Cards may be used in one transaction where supported by the website platform. 

Exclusions 

Gift Card Balance 

Customers are responsible for monitoring their available Gift Card balance. 

Belgravia Apparel may correct balance discrepancies caused by system errors, technical issues or fraudulent activity. 

Lost, Stolen or Unauthorised Use 

Gift Cards should be treated like cash. 

Belgravia Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, incorrectly delivered or unauthorised use of Gift Card codes, except where required by law. 

Where the original purchase and remaining balance can be verified, we may, at our discretion, assist with reissuing a replacement Gift Card. 

Refunds & Returns 

Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. 

Where an eligible purchase made using a Gift Card is refunded under our Returns & Refunds Policy, the refund will generally be credited back to the original Gift Card or issued as store credit. 

If a purchase was made using a Gift Card and another payment method, any refund may be apportioned between those payment methods as appropriate. 

Promotional Discounts 

Gift Cards may be used with promotional discounts or coupon codes unless the terms of a particular promotion state otherwise. 

Belgravia Apparel may exclude Gift Card transactions from selected promotional offers where permitted by law. 

Fraud & Misuse 

Belgravia Apparel may take the following actions where fraud, misuse, unauthorised activity, unlawful conduct or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is reasonably suspected:
